At AIFA Scentique, we are committed to providing premium fragrance products and reliable customer service. Please review the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we maintain strict quality standards.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Once a product has been delivered, opened, or used, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos or videos.

⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement: To request a refund or replacement, a complete unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our perfumes contain aroma chemicals and natural extracts. Skin reactions may vary between individuals. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use. Refunds or returns will not be provided for allergic reactions or personal sensitivities.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–6 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account within the same timeframe.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for refund.

ℹ️ Damaged Packages at Delivery: If a parcel appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse the package and contact us immediately.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in rare cases involving:

  • Broken or leaked bottles
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect or missing items

Such issues must be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos). After verification, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–4 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. For prepaid orders, a 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. If a prepaid order is returned to us, a handling charge of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
